The bathrooms feel cramped!!! Noise from the street can be bothersome!!! Luggage assistance is nice but, an elevator would improve accessibility greatly. Better soundproofing might make a world of difference in comfort!!!

disappointment

the hotel had charm, but can we talk about the sheer noise in the rooms? honking cars and loud music? also, I honestly woudl ve been ecstatic to receive a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles, but that was too much to ask apparently. I almost considered a better rating, but just couldn’t.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Casona Santa Catalina Cusco. The staff, especially Michelle, were incredibly attentive, offering excellent tips about local dining and providing coca tea for altitude sickness. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the main square.

No elevator access.

I had a fantastic time here, especially enjoying the comfy, clean room and the hot shower after a long day of exploring. The cozy lounge made it easy to unwind with a good book. I loved having a mini-fridge for snacks. The only minor downside was some wear on the building's older features, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience. 😊
